Stephen and Jean Grys have fostered more than 250 children in 25 years, and are tireless fundraisers for numerous charities. Inspired by the indomitable spirit of their adopted son Jake, who has brittle bone disease, the Grys family founded a support group and adoption service for other children with the same condition. Now eight-year-old Jake will be able to lead a more normal and independent life, thanks to a customized home built with more than 75 pieces of equipment from United Rentals.
